Founded in 1976 by owner Ted Frock, the company provides the greater Baltimore/Washington DC area with hardwood lumber and custom mouldings. We are a small family owned and operated business specializing is fast, accurate service without any minimum footage requirements. By reputation, we are the short run specialists.

R Thomas Frock Inc is one of the area's leading providers of custom mouldings. With our knife collection of over 5,000 profiles we are able to accurately match and reproduce mouldings or create new custom profiles to match your designs using our CAD software and in house metal shop. Our Weinig Profimat moulder with ATS CNC technology allows us the flexibility to handle jobs varying from a single board to thousands of linear feet, with accuracy and a fast turnaround so you can meet your project deadlines.

Our selection of kiln dried hardwoods has become the go to source of materials for the local community of contractors, cabinet makers, wood workers and artists. We stock tens of thousands of board feet ranging from 4/4-16/4 in various domestic and imported species.
